Micro-beam has developped a small industrial piezoelectric driver. It is able to work as a simple high-voltage amplifier or to produce stick-slip using very high slew rate.
The driver has the following performances:
- supply of the piezo: +/- 150V
- slew rate with a 5nF piezo: >300V/us
- maximal stepping frequency: 20kHz
- commanded through USB port
- one driver drives 2 axis and each has a positive and a negative output
 Voltage applied to the piezo for the slip movement
We are able to supply the driver with low DC voltage (5-48V) in order to avoid all the tests when using 110 or 220VAC.
